Highlighting the missionary nature of the Church, Mangalapuzha seminary celebrated Mission Day on November 24th, 2021. Very Rev. Fr. Rector Sebastian Palamoottil gave the opening remarks for the entire 'Missio Dei' event. Fr. Manu Pottananickal MST, an ardent missionary in Orissa with an incredible enthusiasm for the salvation of souls, shared his missionary experience with the brothers, inspiring them to make a missionary plea.
The following day was set aside for missions and it was packed with games of leisure and delight in order to meet the financial assistance to various mission locations in solidarity with all missionaries. Under the auspices of second-year theology, an auction, Pachan's Thattukada, and various activities were organized by all the batches which helped to raise a reasonable amount for mission work.
