Mangalapuzha Seminary celebrated the Sacerdotal Golden
Jubilee of its former students, among whom Mar Bosco
Puthur, Bishop of Syro-Malabar Catholic Diocese of
Melbourne, Australia, and Msgr. Dr. Joseph Etturuthil, Asst.
Director of Lourdes Hospital, Ernakulum, served the
Seminary in a grand and laudable manner as Professors and
Rectors. On the eve of 12th January 2022, Very Rev. Fr.
Rector welcomed the jubilarians to the gathering. Rev. Bro.
Thomas Madhurappuzha, representing the seminary,
congratulated all the jubilarians. The meeting was enlivened
by the sharing of the pastoral experiences by the jubilarians.
His Excellency Mar Bosco Puthur also shared his nostalgia
with the audience. The celebration came to a halt with a
concelebrated Holy Mass the next morning.
